I never imagined that there exists an LCC version of the 1802 processor.

couldnt find datasheet off hand.. but minimum frequency seemly is 100kHz
but strange thing most list as NMOS not HMOS Confused
but the Thomson(Mostek) datasheet lists it as HMOS

HMOS is a high-density NMOS, so it's not a big deal Smile
