I was looking ... but can't find any info about this TI board.

Looks like this is a processorboard
for the VME bus system, a bus system
for process control. This board
is special because usually Motorola
680xxx-CPUs were used.
Perhaps the socket is for a MC68000?

White ceramic TMS9900JDL-40 was in socket. Think
