I think I bagged one, 1995 vintage, no idea what device - given the date care to speculate? According to the blurb it was made in Santa Clara - I will let you all know when it arrives with pics.
AND YES I PROBABLY PAID TOO MUCH AND YES IT WAS AN EBAY AUCTION BUT AS SOON AS THE FELLER SELLING SAID INTEL MY FINGER HIT THE BUY BUTTON IN ABOUT 2 MILLISECONDS _________________ best rgds

early ppro, Pentium MMX, 486, 960 860 or a host of chipsets
Though in 1995 they were making ALOT of diff processors (80186-Ppro + MCUs) _________________ ***I Aim to Misbehave.***

judging from the photo - roughly 25mm x 15mm - it is an 8" wafer and there are 12 and bit dies across and 8 and bit dies down if you see what I mean - so that is a fairly big die. _________________ best rgds
