I am trying to find a list of the Fab numbering for Intel's fabrication plants.

Like Albuquerque, NM = Fab 11

Does anyone know of one?

The link above seems to be somewhat current info but i knew i had some older stuff to at home.

This is some older info that i cut/pasted in a textfile. I also had a jpg file.

------------

Fab 10

Work began on Fab. 10 in 1990 and was completed in 1993
Fab. 10 was running at full capacity by 1994

Fab. 10 is Intel’s wafer fabrication facility. It includes a class 1 cleanroom where Pentium(TM) and Pentium Pro(TM)
microprocessors or chips as they are better known.

Fab 14

Intel have already begun construction work on another wafer fabrication facility (Fab. 14) alongside Fab. 10. It is expected that the building will be water tight by January 1997 and be in production by the end of that year. Fab. 14 will produce the successor to the Pentium(TM) rumoured to be called the “Optium” processor. It is not known or they would not say how much faster than the Pentium the new chip will be.

Fab 18

Fab 18 products were initially manufactured by 0.18-micron process technology - mostly logic devices, including dice for early Intel Pentium III and Pentium 4 models. As Intel's microprocessing industry switches to 0.13-micron process technology, Fab 18 was reequipped for 0.18-micron chipset production. These days a considerable part of products from this plant are processors for PDAs and modern mobile phones. Besides, in 2005 the company initiated the process of switching the plant to 90-nm process technology, based on copper (the two generations older 0.18-micron process was based on aluminum). It's also reoriented to manufacturing flash memory.
