VIA model numbers

Please see below for a list of all VIA model numbers, or use the "Identify Part" tool in the top right of the page to quickly identify the CPU from a model number.

VIA model numbers can be used to identify such CPU characteristics as processor's speed, front side bus speed and power requirements. For standard voltage C7-M microprocessors larger model numbers represent higher performance, although it's not possible to tell from the numbers how much faster or slower the processor is. For Ultra Low Voltage (77x) C7-M processors there is no correlation between model number and processor performance.
