Athlon II C3-revision CPUs added

We added new dual-, triple- and quad-core Athlon II processors with newer C3 core revision. This core revision has slightly lower power consumption at the same frequency, small performance improvements when C1E mode (or Cool'n'Quiet) is enabled in BIOS, and support for more than one DDR3-1333 memory stick per channel.
