More AMD Athlon II CPUs with C3 core revisions

Yesterday AMD published specifications of several Athlon II X2 and X3 microprocessors with C3 core revision. The specs include three Athlon II processors, that appeared previously in various motherboard CPU support lists, but it was not clear whether they were officially launched or not. These processors are model 215 with OEM part number ADX215OCK22GM and box part number ADX215OCGMBOX, model 240e with OEM and box part numbers AD240EHDK23GM and AD240EHDGMBOX, and OEM-only ultra-low power 260u with part number AD260USCK23GM. All three CPUs were shipped with C2 core revisions before.

Five other processors, that had their specifications published, are dual- and triple-core Athlon IIs, that we previously covered: ADX245OCK23GM, ADX250OCK23GM, ADX255OCK23GM, AD405EHDK32GM and ADX440WFK32GM. For these models we already had specifications, pictures, benchmarks and CPUID information posted on our website. It's curious that AMD's published specs for standard-power Athlon II processors include box part numbers, which means that some day we may see these processors in retail stores.

Update (July 20): AMD added specifications for Athlon II X4 605e, 630 and 635 CPUs with C3 core revision. According to the specifications, the 605e and 620 models may be offered as boxed processors with AD605EHDGMBOX and ADX630WFGMBOX box part numbers.
