AMD to release more Bulldozer FX CPUsWith the first Trinity APUs expected sometime around the middle of the year, and Vishera CPUs with a Piledriver core expected in Q3, Donanimhaber have uploaded a slide containing details of 3 Zambezi CPUs (with a Bulldozer core) that are expected during Q1 2012. We have already posted preliminary information about FX-6120, and AMD have now added FX-8120 and FX-4150 to the line-up. The first of these is FX-4150, a quad-core processor with a base clock of 3.9 GHz and a Turbo clock of 4.1 GHz. TDP will be 95W, significantly lower than FX-8150. It will have 12 MB combined L2 and L3 cache.
Next up we have the hexacore FX-6120, with a base clock of 3.5 GHz and a Turbo clock of 4.1 GHz (both are 100 MHz slower than previously reported). TDP will again be 95W, and the chip will have 14 MB L2 + L3 cache. The final new product is the octocore FX-8140, This has a base clock of 3.2 GHz and a Turbo clock of 4.1 GHz, just 100 MHz slower than FX-8150. The TDP is 95W, compared to 125W for the slightly faster FX-8150. There will be 16 MB cache, which includes 8MB L2 and 8 MB L3. Exact shipping dates and prices are not yet known, but it is looking like the new SKUs will be available in march. The next generation Vishera FX processors are not expected until Q3.
