In January AMD added to their product database three "Kabini" systems on a chip (SoC), including dual-core E1-2200, together with quad-core E2-3800 and A4-5100. One of these processors, the E2-3800, is now shipped in HP Pavilion 23-g010 All-in-One PC, which is offered through the HP online store. The E2-3800 is also referenced in specifications of HP 245 G2 and HP 255 G2 HP notebooks. Perhaps, more interesting is the fact that that the specs also mention (PDF file) two unreleased models, an E1-2150 and an A4-5050.
The specifications of the HP 245 G2 and 255 G2 laptops state that the E1-2150 is clocked at 1.05 GHz, that is 50 MHz higher than the E1-2100. The APU has 2 cores, 1 MB L2 cache, and integrated HD 8210 graphics.
According to the same document, the A4-5050 is a 1.5 GHz processor with HD 8330 graphics. Like the A4-5000, the 5050 has 4 cores and 2 MB of the last level cache. Additional, and possibly more correct information on this chip can be found (PDF file) in the specifications of HP Pavilion 15 and Pavilion TouchSmart 15 notebooks. The processor in fact has 1.55 GHz clock speed, an increase of 50 MHz over the A5-5000. The APU supports DDR3L-1600 memory, and fits into 13.5 Watt thermal envelope. What is peculiar is that the A4-5050 in the document is branded as "HP" and listed separately from AMD APUs, which likely indicates that it is an HP OEM-only chip, and we will not see this SKU in mobile devices from other manufacturers.
