Identify chip by part number
To identify processor, co-processor or microcontroller type in the exact part number from the chip and press 'Identify'. The identification script will try to identify the part using information from
identification pages
, CPU name search and S-Spec search. Do not specify manufacturer name - at this time the tool does not have ability to limit searches to one manufacturer.

S-Spec Search
Search for full or partial Intel sample specification (S-Spec) number. The search is not case sensitive. Production Intel processors have 5 letter S-Spec numbers starting from S. Engineering and qualification samples of Intel processors have 4-6 letter specification numbers starting from Q.
