This chip is found on the Adaptec 2100S SCSI raid controller, and most likely can be found on other dedicated raid controllers.
Raid Controller
Like the previous comment, it is also found on other dedicated RAID controllers. Mine is an Adaptec PATA (ATA-133) 4-Channel RAID controller instead of the SCSI mentioned previously. Because of its design, I believe it is based heavily upon the Intel Pentium II, possibly the Celeron version. My RAID card also comes equipped with 40MB of what appears to be SDRAM memory.
