Those are very nice wafers indeed. I would like to buy one or two, but I don’t have any clue about how much to offer for one piece.

HI
I have a number of MOS wafers I bought in the estate sale of a deceased engineer. These ALL have the iconic MOS logo and photos are shown below.
Sensible offers please.
I have:-
MOS Test 1 - 2” test Wafer marked MOS and Test 1 - I have 3 of these
MOS 2019 - a 2” wafer that looks like some kind of simple logic or gate array to me - I have 2 of these
MOS 2050J - a 2” wafer 256 bit RAM - I have 2 of these
MOS 2050G - a 2” wafer 256 bit RAM - I have 4 of these
MOS 2013A - a 2” wafer that looks like ROM - I have 1 of these
