I have this exact same board but with a Ti CPU. If it can be fixed it will make a nice compact 386 machine.

Post subject: CPU Shack: Forcom M396F with Cyrix Cx486SLC2-50 - SOLD
This was a nice Forecom M396F V3.0 386 motherboard but the battery had other plans. SOme pretty nasty corrosion where the battery was, but perhaps fixable.

Its a super small 386 board with a Cyrix Cx486SLC2-50MP a fairly uncommon CPU in its own right
$30 OBO and its yours (I can pull the CPU if ya want)
