Thanks, everyone! Seems like this little mystery chip’s got quite a story behind it. I’ll keep investigating- I wonder if this could be from an experimental or low-volume production run

I don't believe, I see that logo on some chips sold from Poland but isn't a proof it's a poland chip!

If this IC’s code doesn’t fit any Soviet or Western format, maybe it is an internal factory code from a smaller Eastern Bloc producer (Poland, GDR, or Hungary?)...

This logo didn't belong to any fab in the Soviet Union.

Post subject: Help identifying vintage Eastern Bloc IC – “f” logo
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to identify a vintage gold-ceramic IC with an unusual logo that looks like a lowercase italic “f” (or “ƒ”). It might be Soviet or Eastern Bloc origin, but I’m not completely sure. There is no western part number - I think markings don’t match Intel/AMD/TI or European codes.
At first, I thought it might be from Integral (Minsk), but their logo looks different.
Could it instead be from Foton, Fakel, or another Eastern Bloc manufacturer?
Has anyone seen this logo before or has documentation/catalog scans from that period?
Any help or references would be appreciated.
