Thank you both for the feedback. Unfortunately I don't have the board, most probably it is completely destroyed for gold refining.

Wow, that board is trashed. You could save a couple of the chips, but that's about it.

Hello,
sadly the card is in very bad conditions. It looks like a Burroughs Series A mainframe card. In this page of my website You can see a card with similar structure and chips:

. The Motorola chips are likely ECL (bipolar) VLSI gate arrays. The heatsinks have been removed probably for aluminium recovery. It isn't a common board, but it's badly damaged so the only thing you can do is to de-solder one or more Motorola chips for your collection (keep in mind the heatspreaders are missing).

I came across this board when I was surfing on gold refining forums. Unfortunately it is in rough shape. Can anyone identify these Motorola chips, I have never seen these before. Are they rare?
