Thanks for warning. I think you should wait for chips and then start eventually dispute. He have cut top edge of the photo because this CPU have SX974 sspec and propably he was to lazy to make another picture. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

Yes, but the photo of the backside is clearly showing "ES" as well, and could get some other to make a high bid, just as I did  |

As far as I see there is an ES marking on the top of the first auction pix.
