You know the recession is biting hard in the ass when you read how state departments have to go on funding fishing trips to bankroll their cocaine and alcohol fueled sex parties... erm.. sorry, budget for stationary and replacement glass for photocopiers after xmas parties.

According to the charges, ''top executives held special meetings and used a telephone 'hotline' in order to share pricing information and production volumes and agreed to inflated prices resulting in artificially high prices to Oregon purchasers of LCD panels and products.''
So Oregon was specially selected to bend over and take it from all the big consumer electronics manufacturers... what is so special about Oregon? Tax? |

This is because the charges are brought by state of Oregon - they cannot charge for crimes committed in other states.

It's about cash.
I don't see where the problem is, if that's true they'll have to pay.
How much will be settled to keep other records off?
Btw, Jac, today to be a good politician you need to snore cocaine, throw parties with underagers-both sexes- and lots of transvestites. Thus giving eligibility to a lot of people with obscure faith in changing things "their way".
Getting laid by hookers is so cliché and kitch...
Your remark was absolutely in it's right place. |
