| Did anyone ever open one of these? I can get my hands on one. Which 4040 package does it contain, c, d, or P package? And is it Intel? Help appreciated |

Intel 4040
- Intellec 4/40 Development System
- Prolog 980 Prom Programmer
- Intel UPP 101, 102 103 Prom Programmer
- Fluke 2240B Datalogger
It's from the "Which CPU in which machine?" Thread. |

C4040 is a very fragile package and would not likely be in a Fluke.
I would gander it is a D4040 as they handle shock well, and are stronger then the P4040 package. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

... and it is definitively not sure that when someone opens HIS machine and finds HIS package that YOURS is the same.
eg. the UPP 103 comes in P and C package, maybe someone knows about a D type.
Tha Prolog 900 exists with a NS 4004 in purple ceramic and I remember an auction years ago with a white Intel.
...
So get one on ebay and be surprised;-) |
