i soak the whole chip in Methylated Spirits or as its called here locally... Metho
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denatured_alcohol
the epoxy softens enough to remove gently. You still need to be careful with some print.. the metho wont remove it, but rubbing the print may.
This was an easy one.. just soaked for an hour.
some epoxy is so thick.. it may take a day or 2 to soften enough _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

What 9000 series is that? The 9300 series comes in a more square package.
Edit: Which would make it a 90xx "Montecito" if my logic serves me right. |

seeing the K6-III/475ACK didn't get anyone excited.. this one might
a large heat-spreader P90 Nexgen
