Had anyone seen an ECI JSC386DX33 CPU?

I googled it for years but still get no answer for what the manufacturerer is.

Do you/the owner test it? The copyright year is little bit strange (2002 and 2006 ????).

I dont know if it can be tested.
The strange thing is that it shows no intel copyright.

how long does a copyright last?

may not even be based on intel 386

80386 was licensed to many people so plenty of ways it can be made. Copyright is 28 years but thats irrelevant, since you can make a 80386 without violating it, the copyright covers how the 386s is implemented not what it implements, so you can duplicate the functions listed in the datasheet, using an ASIC, or FPGA and you are fine (this is what InnovASIC does)
