I just purchased these 1970s Russian ICs 2IR302B (2ИР302Б)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150625364388&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_500wt_1076

I purchased them due to their unusual package design.
The only reference I could find prior to end of auction was in a 1977 Russian paper on measuring containment liquids in nuclear reactors

www.iaea.org/inis/collection/NCLCollectionStore/_Public/.../10421486.pdf

here is an excerpt from page 9 (poorly translated)

Quote:
Each memory board (Fig. 5) is composed of re- versivny count (arithmetic register), and 4 identical register storage on chips postroegshyh 2IR301B.Arif- arithmetic register is made under the scheme, parallel- vym transfer on chips 155 series. Transfer time from - stavlyaet10 not. Shift register is made of single-ended scheme for chips 2IR302B

The person that provide the best further info will get one free for their time

I actually have similar one buried deep somewhere. Don't remember if it was 230 or 231 series. They are totally different from inside. So, I don't really need it. You can give it to someone else. Anyway, thanks for the offer.
