Can anyone help ID the manufacturer of this IC? I couldn't resist popping the lid on one.

CM2100 is 64-bit RAM, Intel's 3101 functional clone.

Nice board! CMI - Computer Microtechnology Inc.
Computer Microtechnology, Inc. was an early MOS Memory manufacturer. One of the early casualties of Intel's aggressive market dominance.

Yes, they are on the MAP board of the Multidata Model A minicomputer

After a closer look at the MAP board, there is in fact one lowly 3101, whose ID I can't make out.

It's big "i" Intel logo. Rightmost chip has same package and markings style:
