Does anyone have any idea what these are?
The first one looks like an Auburndale, but both dies are exactly the same size.
The second one looks like an LGA1366 core i7, but the keying notches are different, and the land arrangement is a little different. Also, the 2010 copyright is too new for LGA1366. |

The second one appears to be LGA 1333. No idea what that is.

The second chip is for socket 1356. It is probably Sandy Bridge-EP from E5-2400 series.

The second chip could be 8-core processor with 2 GHz clock. This is not confirmed though.
I can't find any information on the first processor. My Q2CZ with Auburndale core looks a bit different:
Left die on your chip is smaller:
QGFK is definitely earlier version (from the date code), so it could be an early engineering sample of the Auburndale processor.

QA94 Intel lists as CM8062007187236 SANDY BRIDGE-EP-8 FC-LGA10
cant find anything on QGFK, but the letters TT were on some of VIA test samples.. think for testing the timing of something

| Thanks for the information. LGA1356 makes sense. For some reason I hadn't heard of that one, just LGA2011. |

not sure if anyone bothered counting.. but QGFK has 989 pins
was thinking socket G1 then G2.. but it is neither.. same as the rPGA989 socket
seemly this socket was specially made to take either G1 or G2 processors
