A few more details will help. For example, what system or motherboard and processor
Also, what happens and/or doesn't happen? Have you ever tried to overclock it? Have you tried to set/reset the default settings in the BIOS? _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I'm pretty sure you were told this last time you asked. When gaming you are using the processor to it's full potential, so power saving will not kick in. You are more likely to use the turbo mode when gaming. That is how it's meant to be.
Why would you want the processor to shut down or reduce performance when you are gaming? _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
