Fake Q140 were mass-produced and 90% of the ones I looked at were fake. It's almost impossible to tell without a good quality scan of the chip.
ATD is probably related to the Assembly Technology Development group at Intel (Chandler). They worked on thermal dissipation and new package materials.
EDIT : Both looks clearly fake to me. Lack of "ES" on the first one and lack of "V" on the second one. _________________ ES-Only Collector : http://www.engineering-sample.com
