So I got these in because I saw the 2 Datacache units, so I assume the rest are from a POWER processor too.

I dont know which chip is what though lol, perhaps someone with them on a board can help?

63F7534 = Floating Point Unit in RIOS-9, same as 63F7524 in RIOS-1.

You received these for me.
I assume that they are part of the RIOS set from a 7013 RS/6000 system.
Don't know what is what, but 51F1831 is the datacache (4pcs in RIOS as opposed as 2pcs in RIOS.9)

Best of all, as opposed to the unknown RIOS chipset I had a long time ago, this one does not have any underfill on the die.

This means: we will be able to release the first photos of the RIOS die set Smile
