These are some interesting ones, if anything because they look cool
Each is built on a Plessey SP8693AR ECL divider chip. These take a 200MHz clock and divide it (selectively) by 10 or 11. They are used for generating clock signals, or as high speed counters.
These ones have been stuck on a custom 28CDIP package, made by Kyocera, with some added decoupling caps, and a separate serial # on each one, clearly for military or some other high traceability app.
They are NOS
