Here are some really nice AMD 2901s.
These are brand new, still in the holder AMD AM2901C/BYA
THe military part # is: 5962-8405701ZA (8405701ZA marked on the package)
They are of course full MIL-STD-883B spec parts
They are in a 42-pin ceramic flat pack with a round lid
$15 each or a pair for $22
