These are 6800 bases HCS08 MCUs from Freescale running at 40MHz
These are the highest end versions with 60K of Flash and 4K of RAM
They are fabbed in CMOS at Freesclaes Fab in Chandler, AZ
9x Freescale MC9S08GB60ACFUE 4L11Y mask $2 each or a pair for $3
