Some of you are aware that I have had problems recently, and some of my purchases got out of control. I planned to make a few payments last month, but had three drive failures in September, and the cost of data recovery software. Managed to salvage data from a drive with thousands of bad sectors (probably caused by the drive overheating). Took me three days to recover the data to a used drive, which then had a SMART failure. So, a new drive and a few more days to recover the data again. Then my SSD failed! Three drive failures in one month! I had only had one in 25 years of computing, and that was last year!

This all coincided with trying to get help with mental health issues, and I ended up having a mini breakdown (I say "mini" as the help I am now getting has stopped it getting excessively bad).

What this all adds up to is more delayed payments. Things are changing in my finances, and I hope to be able to pay all my smaller bills over the next few weeks. That will leave two large bills, and until I have paid a reasonable chunk of them, I will not be buying anything else.

I have posted this publicly as I hope in doing so that it will be easier to resist the urge to buy everything x86 that I see.

I am still commited to buying things I already requested, but will understand if any sellers wish to cancel any of my purchases due to my unreliability.

First of all I hope you will get everything together soon, sometimes it's hard to do. Good to hear that you have help.

Drive failures are never fun, also they happen always on
inconvenient times. I'm happy there are cheap online backup providers these days.

I still have the items you've bough still here, ready for shipping. If you are ready to pay for them let me know and I will ship them to you.
