I have a dead STB Lightspeed video card with Tseng ET4000/W32P video chipset.

Does anyone know what brand this video ram chip are on the board?

I just got two ET4000 ISA cards today and have some other Tseng cards also, but I may have to destroy working cards to get die shots. If your graphics chip is dead instead of RAM, then that chip would be nice for die shot instead of destroying some other working card. Or maybe it's too nice card for collection even as dead.
