The microSPARC-IIep is a SPARC V8 CPU with PCI/DRAM interfaces
It has a 16K instruction cache and 8K Data cache and a full FPU and MMU on die.
The initial versions were made by LSI
Later they decided to integrate the RAM onto the CPU die, very uncommon back then and was a patented process.

This added 4MB of RAM on die, with other peripherals. These were fab'd by Infineon
These were used in various Sun Ray computers
