What motherboard for Ryzen CPU?

Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my computer to Ryzen 5600. Could you advise on a mainboard please? Is it still worth to have the same manufacturer of the motherboard as the graphics card? I have NVidia but done by ASUS so should I look for an ASUS motherboard as well?

Any B550 or X570 board will do for Zen 3 unless you are going to OC.
