The owner of it told me that this cpu need not heatsink or fan. this is to say he always use it without any attachment, and works good. _________________ My vintage CPU collection:www.cpumuseum.com

You do not need a heatsink + fan if you use it as a paperweight. |

What a big piece of fantasy. Without heatsink it will burn out with huge flames _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

| The top picture clearly shows that there are three pieces of silicon in there, vs 2 in 256K and 512K versions. |

How did you figure it out?
I asked the owner again, he said he may be mistaken and there might be a fan. But the top surface is very smoothing, so there is little posibility that there had words on it before. _________________ My vintage CPU collection:www.cpumuseum.com
