I won this listing: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130189371957. I also won 3 others from the same seller, and asked him to give me the appropriate details so I can ask someone in the Euro zone to transfer payment to him. His reply was simply to say he only ships to Spain.
As he obviously didn't understand that I didn't want to ask for a drop shipper before consulting him, is there someone in Spain who can help with this? I need know he has understood what I am trying to do, to Paypal money so you can set up a bank transfer (it's not free from England - our "Government" are too primitive to let us be part of the global community!) and have them sent to you (he won't send outside his native land).
