Just re-found these in one of my boxes Very Happy

Might they be of any value? They they are all in great condition:

4 of the white/clean ones, my favorites Very Happy Gold pins. One has a mnfg defect, missing some of the bubble... Does not inhibit use, I dont think.

3 of the slender red 5 character, nice looking.

1 of the pink 3 char, different segments from the rest.

1 of the strange wide-legged 5 segment ones... They legs are NOT bent out of shape, it was mnfg this way!!

Would anybody know the pinout of these, I'd love to use them in something!!

Sure, lots of people collect old LED displays. The 5-character ones, for instance, were used in the Melcor SC-535 scientific calculator. (See below.)

Cool!! I was thinking of using the 5-digits ones in a 5x3 matrix, to display something over USB... Maybe computer related data Very Happy I found a pinout spec, and I can see through them enough to ID the common cathode and figure out the rest Very Happy

I don't believe that's an HP-41... The '41(C) had an alphanumeric LCD display. Looks more like the interior of an HP-35.

Slightly used soviet 9-digit 7-segment LED display ALS318A. Common cathode, red light. There was 4 modification produced:

ALS318A, ALS318V - full 9 digits
ALS318B, ALS318G - leftmost digit has only segments A, C, F and G connected

Yeah, the cerramic ones are nice.

Of the bubble led displays, I prefer the alphanumeric types. More versatile!
