These are not Engineering Samples. In this case, they are:
"Am186ES and Am188 ES"
"High Performance, 80C186-/80C188-Compatible, 16-Bit Embedded Microcontrollers"
This information is taken directly from the original datasheets (after removing the part number for Am18xESLV parts).
So they are only worth $1 or $2 each.

At 2$, I would take one of each.
