Hi all,

i got 3 Engineering Sample chips but i don't know what kind of chip these are.

maybe somebody else knows more?

on the chip top-right is written: RTFE N/C TG1 ENG.SAMPLE
on the chip top-left is written: ENG.SAMPLE
on the chip bottom is written: ENG.SAMPLE KIRSTEN COUNT

A piucture of the bottoms of the PGA ones would help.

here's a scan of the backside (sorry for the bad scan, my new scanner is not deep-sharp - is this correct english? Rolling Eyes )

the chip top-left has 447 pins
the chip top-right has 75 pins
the chip bottom has 48 pins

This chip is probably R4400, I'd say NEC R4400.

Scratch it. It is probably IDT R4400.
