Hi silice,
I have 2 CPU boards taken from dismantled IBM RS/6000 Model 590 servers. Both have a 03H5434 POWER-2 CPU. The Model 590 is clocked at 66.5 MHz: IMHO, 03H5434 = 66.5 MHz.
Initially the POWER-2 came in 3 frequencies: 55, 66,5 and 71,5 MHz. Tipically You find a 55 MHz CPU in the first family of POWER-2 based workstations (RS/6000 Model 58H). Higher frequencies are reserved for servers and high-end workstations.
Since I have several POWER-2 cards and machines, I'll check the CPU card of my RS/6000 Model 58H for the processor's FRU.
I hope this can help You.
Paolo

I have also any questions: POWER2 is 32-bit architecture? How much supply voltage? 5V or 3.3V?
Its have 734-pins?

Very thanks for additional info.

POWER and POWER2 are both 32bit superscalar RISC CPUs. POWER2 has 2 Integer Units and 2 FPUs.
Here is an interesting vintage document:
