Hi,

Have exactly 1026 different Intel CPUs (no DIP at all !) at the moment.

PS : why this 981 limit in your poll ?

I think the word DIFFERENT depends on people.
2 different sspecs of the same cpu makes them different cpus or not ?

About 600 pieces for a 1400 CPU/FPU collection (the ration could also be interesting Smile )

I voted for 300-500 because on page I have 403 units but will update with about 50 new chips so in total still under 500

I have 57 Intel cpus.
My collection is "very poor", because I do not want all models of all families of all classes of all manufacturers of all universes of ... Very Happy
I just want 1 piece for class/manufacturer.
So having 1 80386 it is ok for me; I want to cover all the manufacturers before (I have 65 now) and then 1 cpu per class of each company.
But if I find cpus in different packages I buy them, because after completing (seeeee!!! magari!! Very Happy ) classes, I'll try to complete models.

No idea what is left over after my big sale. Most of what I have left is either PDIP or very common, but I am sure I will at some point get round to making a list of it all (and try to not recover too much interest in rebuilding my collection...).
