I remember when you got that Performance one John...nice buy.
Thought I would chime in with different mil-spec. Sandia Labs Rad Hard memory.
My 3 favorites semiconductor logos are Performance Semi, Lockheed and Sandia.

| Picking up on an old topic - is there some data sheet for the Sandia Labs Rad Hard memory? |

I wasnt able to find datasheets, just marketing type material. I've searched for Lockheed, BAE and Sandia datasheets and the only ones I have been able to find are the occassional Lockheed. They seem to keep this data close.
I called BAE a few years back to ask some questions about a BAE prototype cpu I had. About two weeks after calling them and getting knowwhere I get a call from BAE asking me where I got the chip, why I would have a chip like this and who I got it from. Very weird call.
Point is, datasheets on stuff like this can be hard to find. Intel mil-spec is one thing but some fo the national lab chips data seemed to be held close. |

Hehe BAE want their stuff back!
I've had replies from the manufacturers like that about military gear; where did I get it, why have I got it etc. |

Been a while so figured I would wake up this thread as I know a few members have acquired some new 1750A processors (yy2013 comes to mind lol)
I too have found another of these very rare and cool CPUs.
This is a Bendix (they were/are owned by Allied) BX1750A-1A MIL-STD-1750A 16bit processor made in 1990. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
