Why do you need such an appllication at all?

You also can use a normal RSS reader for iPhone to see all the new posts in this forum. Fortunately Gennadiy implemented the RSS stream functionality for our forums.

Thats the problem with where you live, not with the phone.

Move to a place with like, running water, and also one that has had the magic invention called the Wheel for a while.

as of reception quality - besides abstraction for radiowaves like buildings and radio wave garbage, it does depend on transmitter/reciever in your phone. I am using SE( not that its that great, but i have never experienced a dropped call in same area, comparing to an iphone in the same vicinity)

p.s. and yes it is using 3G

p.p.s. i never said iphone is bad, i said reception could be better.

Hear that? That is the sound of the World's smallest violin playing.

My statement stands.

The iphone is pretty cool..

It has replaced my:

mp3 player
satnav - the Tom Tom app is kick ass
address book
nintendo ds AND psp slim .. mind you I didnt play the psp very much anyway

I have had this 3GS for about 10 months now.. or is it a year, something like that.. I had it since it came out.

Since then I have discovered:

- the world of podcasts.. ya mostly shit, but I learnt some interesting stuff. and it helps on the commute
Good comedy and science stuff

- about a million apps for just about anything

- I purchase music through the phone.. going into a store is so retro.

Is it the greatest thing ever? no. Am I A fanboy.. well.. I am confused when people call me a fanboy just for liking something that is CLEARLY made well and WORKS. The only people calling me a fanboy seem to be the people who dont actually own one or cant afford the BEANZ to buy one.

Ya, itunes sucks goats balls, but I live with it. I do most of my d/l direct to the iphjone anyway, so no worries.

I created new theme - CPUWorldLite, that has fewer images, and potentially will fit more narrow screens. So far I modified only three screens for this theme - index page, forum view, and topic view. Other screens are the same as for the CPUWorld (default) theme. You can switch to Lite theme from your profile. If something doesn't work, or if you want me to change some other pages, please post.

i have also the 3GS for 11 month and i will never change it to a other phone, and CW-forum runs also very well!
one device for nearly all activities.
email, internet, mp3-player, mobile video player, adress book, voice-memo recorder, camera, games, navigation, and if you believe it or not, you can also phone with the 3GS Smile

i like it.
