It's easy to determine who bought the item if the seller left feedback for the buyer, or the buyer left feedback for the seller. Usernames on feedback pages are not crypted! Just go to seller's feedback page and and see if feedback for the item was left on the "Feedback as a buyer" or "Feedback left for others"page. Hopefully this information will be useful to find out who bought the chips
