got these for a while, just get the mood to take some pictures.
believed to be MCU with programmable ROM, look at the beautiful window Cool
the site does not allow hi-res pictures, so the windows look less impressive Surprised

And I'm now the lucky owner of several awesome japanese MCUs Smile

I have no data on the Toshiba one... but I think it is a MCU.
