I'd be in for one C8008, two C8008-1, one C8080A and one of each of the others.

They could be worth $500, I'm not convinced they're worth $800. The picture is not clear, if the processors are badly scratched you won't get good price for them. Another thing - the seller sells chips for collectors by himself, if he thinks these processors are worth maximum $800 then maybe he is right Smile

Yes, if you want you can buy them and sell them here. Don't worry about "No dealers" requirement for this forum. As a matter of fact I'll remove that "no dealers" stuff from forum rules in a few minutes.

Like I said in previous post I don't think it's worth $800. Of course, if we get enough people interested we can do a group buy.

I'd be game for a C8008 and a C8080 for say $80 total.

The support chips could be resold.

there are 40 decent CPUs there.

THats about $20 each not counting the support chips.
I think it could work out fine.
may even make some cash
if you sold off the extras slowly(so you dont flood the market) with a $30 Buy it Now you would be fine

I have bought chips from the seller quite a few times and they have always been in great condition.
Shipping has been up to 10 chips for $6 to me in Vancouver.

There are still 5 hours before auction end, but I don't think I will bid on it. I don't like the condition of the processors, and I'm going be the one stuck with most of them Sad Besides, okidoki already bids on them, and another bidder is a collector who often visits this forum Smile

and he won it. Nice work.

If you are selling extras I'll take a C8080A and a C8008

I'd also take a 1702 , 4702 and 8255 if they are cheaper.
