And there is is: 2-core MCM, it's actually pretty small compared to POWER3 chip...
Note to self: do not use hammer to knock off the heatsink cemented to cache modules, you'll end with heatsink with cache modules cemented to it.

Tomorrow will gonna mess up with RS64 II MCM: it's 5x6 inches, weights about 8 lbs. Haven't scanned it yes as I was afraid to break the scanner. |

| from "local" supplier- in an auction, first it was priced at 2000, then 500, then left for bidding- I got it in last 10 secs for... 20 bucks... |
