CPU cooler fan direction?

I would think you could get better temps with it, but the thermal paste may have somthing to do with that, I use only Use Artic Silver , so the other silver paste may give a degree or two better results. Plus with the silver pastes it usually takes two weeks or so to fully cure and give the best results.
You may also want to check youre bios and make sure that the board is not overvolting the cpu with the stock settings as that will also add to the heat coming off the chip.
