Any major repairs like that should have been disclosed in the auction. 
Especially since it was advertised here. |

Hard to tell if repair was made or just some corrosion. If this spot that i circled is what we are talking about.

Simmayor has provided high resolution photo for me because I was curious about these two pins. After seen them I'm worry only about first one from bottom right :
