found the logo.. knew i had seen it Very Happy

Sescosem was created in 1968 or 1969, then became came part of Thomson-CSF again in 1982

bit more info.. all gets very muddled with Thomson / CSF / SGS / ST Laughing

nah.. cos they make their own under the S-MOS Systems / Seiko Epson Corporation banner & both used the same logo.

Only reference i could find.. trying SEG or SE (the G looks like it added after) is these eProms were used in Security Electronics.. but who knows Laughing

the one on the left is definitely Sescosem, but i will ask smithy 2 take a betta pic of the others

Probably not many of you know, that polish CEMI also produced EPROM. It was a clone of i2716 and its designator is MCY7716. It was produced it a very low quantity at the end of 80ties right before the end of existance of CEMI on the market. And here is the picture.
