1. K586BM1 (use) - CPU from сomputer "Elektronika-C5".
 
2. 1822BC1 (NOS) - BSP, Special, especially permanent manufacture 1802BC1 for military.
 
3. K1800BC1 (NOS) - BSP, clone MC10800
 
4. K1827BE1 (use) - MPU, approximate analog TMS9940
 
5. K1827BE2 (NOS) - DSP, approximate analog TMS32020
 
6. KH1801BM4 - ES (NOS) - FPU for DEC LSI-11 PDP-11
 
7. MME 80A-CPU (NOS) - CPU, clone Z80A, MME (DDR) crystal, Angstrem (USSR) casing.
Nx587 is looked for. The others in the first post.
Many chips from the main list are available. |
